It lets guests speed up the check-in process, giving them access to the property right away, makes it easy to convey important information such as lock codes and house rules, and also gives you the opportunity to offer guidebooks and local recommendations directly from the app.

The Guest App is fully customizable to enable you to include the information that’s important to you. This can range from the addition of guide books to a short questionnaire about guest preferences, that allows you to provide a tailored experience.

Users can track all submissions in real-time and find all PDF’s stored automatically. Documents are stored under reservation, contact profile pages, and widget documents. They are sent to guests via automated message with fully customizable content and sending conditions, and are available via Open API and Partners API.
