Welcome to GuestVerify! This easy-to-use guest verification solution will help you secure stays and protected properties with advanced ID verification, background checks and risk scoring (the “GuestVerify Solution”). By using the GuestVerify Solution, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
1. Acceptable Use.
1.1. You will use the GuestVerify Solution and will not knowingly permit the use of the GuestVerify Solution in a manner inconsistent with all applicable laws and regulations (including those related to privacy and security) and your agreements with third parties.
1.2. You will not use the GuestVerify Solution, or knowingly permit the use of the GuestVerify Solution in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or misleading, or in any manner harmful to, or intended to harm, any person or third party.
1.3. You are accountable for keeping your and your guest’s information secure.
2. Pricing and Payment.
2.1. By using the GuestVerify Solution, the fees will be calculated according to the following pricing grid:

2.2 No refunds will be issued for any fees that have been paid once the guest verification process has been completed (even if the reservation is subsequently canceled).
2.3 The fee shall be charged per the confirmed verification process. The fee for each month will be calculated and invoiced based on the confirmed verification process dates in the previous month.
2.4 Guesty may increase the fees at any time, at its sole discretion.
3. Representations and Warranties.
3.1 Without derogating from the generality of these Terms, Guesty and its affiliates make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security or accuracy of the GuesVerify Solution for any purpose whatsoever.
3.2 To the extent permitted by law, the GuesVerify Solution will be delivered “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. Guesty expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality and non-infringement.
3.3 The verification process is limited to a single guest per specific reservation and cannot be applied to any other guests included in the same reservation.
3.4 Upon completion of the verification process for a particular reservation, irrespective of the outcome, no additional verification attempts or processes may be conducted for the same reservation.
4. Limitation of Liability.
4.1. Guesty is not responsible for and disclaims all liability, for any guest verification. In no event will Guesty be liable for any lost profits, or any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of, in connection with, or relating to these Terms, including the use of, inability to use, or unavailability of the GuesVerify Solution.
4.2. Without derogating from the generality of the above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Guesty has no liability or responsibility for any of the following: (a) unauthorized entry or trespass or related security services, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from the use of the Solution; (b) damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access to, or use of the Solution; (c) interruption of the Solution; (d) software bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Solution; (e) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions of information, or any damages or losses incurred as a result of such errors inaccuracies or omissions, resulting from the use of the GuesVerify Solution; (f) conduct of any third party.
5. Privacy and Data Protection.
5.1 You have obtained all consents and permissions required under all applicable laws, regarding the processing, storing, collection, posting, transmission and publication of any personal information of any person, entity or property, and you will adhere to all laws applicable thereto.
5.2 Your use of the GuestVerify Solution does not ensure your compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws, nor is Guesty responsible for your compliance with such laws.
6. Other terms.
6.1. Guesty may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the GuestVerify Solution after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
6.2. Some of the GuestVerify Solution services may not be applicable or available in certain jurisdictions due to local laws, regulations, or other restrictions. Guesty reserves the right to modify or discontinue services in any jurisdiction without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
6.3. Guesty’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and AI Use Policy are incorporated into and supplement these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms will prevail.
