Welcome to Guesty Connect!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Customer’s access to and use of Guesty Connect Integration (“Guesty Connect”) provided by Guesty, which enables connectivity between the Customer’s Guesty account and third-party software tools such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, and others (“Third-Party Services”).
1. Description of Service.
Guesty Connect allows Guesty users to securely connect and synchronize their Guesty data with authorized Third-Party Services. The service may be facilitated through a third-party platform and accessed via Guesty’s interface.
2. Guesty Connect Integration
2.1 The activation of the integration to Guesty Connect and compliance with all relevant processes pertaining to the Third-Party Services, including maintaining active accounts with the relevant Third-Party Services, is the sole responsibility of the Customer. Guesty shall not be held responsible or liable for any policy violations or non-compliance by the Customer with regard to any of the Third-Party Services.
2.2 Guesty shall not be held responsible and assumes no liability for any loss of data, reservations, or revenue resulting from failures or issues that fall under the responsibility of the Third-Party Services or due to the Customer’s failure to keep its connection to any Third-Party Services. Any such losses or impacts are beyond the scope of Guesty’s responsibility.
2.3 Guesty does not assume any liability for issues that may arise within the Customer’s connection to the Third-Party Services. This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as a low response rate or the account being locked out. The Customer is solely responsible for managing their account and addressing any related challenges or difficulties that may occur with respect to any of the Third-Party Services.
3. Data Protection.
3.1 By using Guesty Connect, the Customer (i) authorizes Guesty and any third party on its behalf to access, retrieve, transmit, and process data between its Guesty account and the selected Third-Party Services; (ii) obtain all consents and permissions required under all applicable laws, regarding the processing, storing, collection, posting, transmission and publication of any personal information of any person, entity or property; and (iii) acknowledges that the scope of data shared with the Third Party Services depends on the permissions it grants during the integration setup.
3.2 The Customer remains solely responsible for (i) the accuracy, legality, and integrity of any data the Customer transfers or exposes via Guesty Connect and (ii) verifying that any connected Third-Party Service handles the Customer’s data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
4. Usage Restrictions.
The Customer agrees not to: (i) use Guesty Connect in any way that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights; (ii) attempt to access or modify any systems, accounts, or data the Customer does not have permission to access; or (iii) reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse Guesty Connect.
5. Pricing and Payment.
5.1 The fee for activating integrations via Guesty Connect – which enables connections to Third Party Services – will be calculated based on the following pricing plan:

| 50 + active listings | $2 per active listing per month

5.2 The fee will be charged upon connection of the Customer account to Guesty Connect and will apply to all active listings in the Customer’s account for the duration of the Guesty Connect integration.
5.3 All fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued in the event a listing is deactivated after the fee has been charged.
5.4 Guesty may increase the fees at any time, at its sole discretion.
5.5 Fees are displayed in USD by default. If a Customer selects a different currency, different usage fees may apply.
6. Other terms.
6.1 Guesty may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued integration to Guesty Connect after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
6.2 These Terms are final and shall prevail over any previous agreements between Guesty and the Customer relating to Guesty Connect, regardless of whether they were communicated verbally or in writing.
6.3 Guesty’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and AI Use Policy are incorporated into and supplement these Terms. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms will prevail.
