Operations: assign cleans, route cleaners with GPS, turn guest messages into maintenance tasks, and update the guest when the work is done. Video inspections, powered by RapidEye, flag damage and missed items before the next guest.

Inbox and Operator: every message and call in one inbox, plus Operator, an AI coworker your team can ask to update records, create tasks or analyze the business.

Conduit also connects to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools through MCP.
